icing sugar ：80
Milk ：120
butter ：150
eggs ：3只
soda powder ：2 teaspoon

辅料

cranberry ：30颗
strawberry essence ：a few drops
crushed chocolates ：10

具体步骤

1. whisk butter into flakes and mix with icing sugar and whisk they turn into foam

2. pour eggs and milk into the foam and keep whisking them

3. stieve the flours and soda powder before pour into the mixture, you may also add crushed chocolate and cranberries at tgis stage

4. slowly pour into the cups and put them into the preheat oven for 180'c 25mins

5. create your own topping
